Summer QUEST 2020 Interest Form
Great news! We are planning to host Summer Quest 2020! Current guidance from the state says that we may begin in June but we are still waiting to find out what that will look like. We may have to make adjustments to the number of students and staff, as well as the start date to abide by social distancing guidelines and more.

Right now, we want to find out how many families are interested in Summer Quest, at which schools, and which weeks. Please complete this short form to let us know if you are interested. This form will also act to reserve a spot for your child(ren) but you will still need to complete a comprehensive registration form on the first day of Summer QUEST. We will be in touch about the next steps!

*ALL Summer QUEST 2020 care is offered as a weekly contract ONLY.

* Summer QUEST fee: $110.00 per week, with a one-time Activity Fee of $25.00

*Once officially registered, accounts will be billed for all weeks that are checked regardless of attendance.
