Please fill out the form below.  This is the registration for 10U tryouts that are being held on Thursday, March 30th from 7pm-8pm and Monday, April 3rd from 7pm-8pm $50 tryout fee and $150 commitment fee (cash or check) due at the door.  Please bring 2 checks.  Tryout fee covers both tryouts and is non-refundable. The commitment fee is only refundable if you are not offered a roster position or you decline your roster spot in the allotted time. (48 hours after results are posted.)
