The East Springfield Neighborhood Council with the financial support from the Springfield Cultural Council and the Massachusetts Cultural Council is accepting registrations from local residents for free art kits!!!

The council’s board and art co-chair have put together 200 art kits for this project. The kits are comprised of over 60 pieces and they include watercolor paints, coloring pencils, sidewalk chalk, and an assortment of other art and craft supplies.

We are hoping the art kits will spark your creativity. The kits will be provided while supplies last and we will notify registrants of the pickup or delivery date and time by mid-July. The boxes will be distributed on a first-come basis. We will coordinate deliveries of the art boxes per current social distancing guidelines.
