ISR lessons are one on one with a certified instructor daily, Monday-Friday, for roughly 6 weeks (refresher students 2-4 weeks). Each lesson is up to 10 minutes in length. There is only one child in the water at a time per instructor. Age is a general prerequisite for which skill set each child learns. ISR lessons are based on sensorimotor learning. Due to this style of learning, physical ability is a much better way to gauge their starting point. Those that are sitting and crawling (6 months-13 months) do best learning the "Rollback to Float" sequence. Children who are walking, even if they are really young (14 months and up), possess the ability for an age appropriate swim and will learn the "Swim Float Swim" sequence. In older children, or highly skilled, we work on strokes, jumping in, diving for toys and can even teach some children to snorkel.

The session fee varies per city and is paid directly to your instructor. A 50% deposit is due to hold your spot. The remaining balance is due 10 days prior to your start date. There is also a one time New Student registration (this is a medical analysis) fee that is paid directly to ISR National of $105 (returning students $35).
