Registration Process
Parent/Guardian  - or -  Youth Leader/Pastor:
1. Digitally submit ONE Teen Camp Individual Student Registration 2023 PER child
2. Mail* in a NOTARIZED Medical Release Form
3. Mail* in $25 Pre-Registration Fee** (remaining $125 is due upon arrival)

Youth Leaders/Pastors:
1. Fill out ONE Teen Camp Group Registration 2023 Form

**Pre-registration fees are non-refundable, but may be transferred in the case of an emergency. All registration forms and pre-registration fees are due by June 8th in order to meet our t-shirt and supply order deadlines. Any registration processed after June 8th may not receive a shirt of preferred size or supplies matching the other campers. Also, any registration processed after June 8th is COMPLETELY contingent upon staffing and housing availability.
