2022 Sports Camp - Strength and Conditioning
7:00am - 9:00am Monday - Friday
Rising grades 8th - 12th
*$25 non--refundable Sports Camp Registration Fee (per family)

Camp options:
1) June 13th - 17th
2) June 20th - 24th
3) July 11th - 15th

Camp cost $100 per week (includes t-shirt, mobility tools, and other awards for outstanding accomplishments)

This camp is designed to teach and reinforce the fundamentals of strength, speed, and endurance. Proper technique and execution of all exercises will be the priority.  Integration of movement readiness will be taught, as well as important recovery techniques for every day and for individual sports. Lay the foundation for a winning season.

Groups are limited to 15 people
          Athletes must be prepared to exercise both indoors and outdoors.
          Bring water and a workout towel and a mat

Program led by Certified trainer and movement coach, and BCA’s Strength and Conditioning Coach Suzie Gullett. Coach Gullett has been leading and training athletes, at all levels for over 20 years.  Working with D-1 and professional athletes has helped her to see the bigger picture of what an athlete needs; a focus on longevity and resilience without compromising strength and athleticism.

I believe  It takes focus, perseverance and intention to be a success in any aspect in life.  I will, along with my training staff help to instill that in each participant/athlete.
