You are voluntarily attending the Living Your Inspired Life Retreat. Activities will take place indoors and outside in the natural environment. Participants will voluntarily choose to sit, walk, run, swim, or otherwise move through the natural outdoor environment, which may entail some risk of personal injury or death. By accepting this Liability Release, you agree to forever discharge organizers, Beth Tuttle, METStrategies LLC, and Tally Tripp from all claims of any kind for any illness, injury or death that may arise as a result of your attendance and voluntary choice to participate in activities. Should you decide not to accept this liability release, you will not be registered for this event.

THE ORGANIZERS, TALLY TRIPP AND BETH TUTTLE, DISCLAIM, TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANY AND ALL LIABILITIES (WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, TORT, OR OTHER LEGAL THEORIES), FOR ANY ADVERSE EFFECT, REACTION OR CONDITION (WHETHER PHYSICAL, MENTAL, PSYCHOLOGICAL, OR OTHERWISE) WHICH YOU MAY EXPERIENCE AS A RESULT OF ATTENDING THIS RETREAT OR PARTICIPATING IN ANY ACTIVITIES OF THE RETREAT.
Limitation of liabilityTo the maximum extent permitted by law, the Organizer's aggregate liability related to these Terms (whether under contract, tort or otherwise) is limited to the amounts paid by you for the Retreat. Organizers will not be liable for accidents, delays, injuries, harm, loss, damage, death, lost profits, personal or business interruptions, misapplication of information, physical or mental disease, condition or issue, or otherwise, due to any act or default of any other person or business, whether owners, staff, agents or otherwise, affiliated with the Organizers.
IndemnificationYou agree to defend, indemnify and hold Beth Tuttle, METStrategies, LLC, and Tally Tripp harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising in any way from your Retreat participation.
