We’re a nonprofit organization helping underrepresented groups get their first software engineering job and launch their software engineering career.
Our goal is to make the tech industry more accessible to underrepresented communities regardless of race, gender, sexuality, or education. We match college students from underrepresented backgrounds interested in a career in software engineering with mentors from the industry.
We are looking for experienced engineers who would like to provide mentorship and guidance to college seniors who are navigating the fall recruitment cycle.
The 10-week program will begin March 18th and end on May 27th.

Program Details:
As a mentor you will host a weekly one hour session with your assigned fellow where your fellow will have the opportunity to ask you specific questions on navigating the job application process.
