* Do your kids bicker, argue or fight almost every day… or almost every minute??
* Could you use some tools to improve relations?
* Do you find yourself unable to think of what to say or do in the heat of the moment?
It's one thing to read a book or watch a video, and quite another to put all those "reasonable, common sense" tools to work in the moment when the kids are fighting, arguing or bickering. If you find yourself threatening, or yelling, or just at a loss, join me for this hands-on, practical, experiential, interactive 4-week workshop. We'll cover concrete strategies to reduce the conflict and help everyone get along. And you'll get practice using those strategies, feedback to help you get better at dealing with the actual conflicts in your home, and answers to your questions!
Participants will be asked to come having read Part One of HOW TO TALK WHEN KIDS WON'T LISTEN (Faber and King), and you'll have a few short reading assignments during the four weeks. But your most important homework assignment will be to try the tools and strategies from the workshop, and report back.
Zoom link will be provided once you've registered. Sessions will not be recorded.
Early bird fee (ends February 1) is USD$169 per person or USD$269 per couple. The regular registration fee is USD$199 per person or USD$299 per couple. Fee includes workbook, which will be emailed to you before the start of the workshop. Space is limited to allow time for everyone to participate and ask questions.
For parents of kids ages 5 to 12+.
Review from a recent workshop participant: "The level of hostility and conflict in my home is down substantially since the workshop! I'm amazed that the kids have been able to come to agreements so quickly. Highly recommend!"
