We are excited and welcoming back everyone to Faith Formation this September at St. Ann Parish!

Please fill out your household information to register your children for Faith Formation for Grades Pre-K through 6 and Youth Nights for grades 7 through 12.

Calendars will be emailed and paper copies will be available at the parish. The first Faith Formation Sunday will be Sunday, September 12 from 9 to 10:15am. The first youth night will be September 8 from 7 to 8pm.

Fees for this year will be $45 per student. There is a family maximum of $100. If you are a Volunteer Catechist, your religious education fee is waived. For students in their Sacramental years (2nd and 11th), there is an additional $20 fee to help cover the extra resource costs. Please let us know if you need financial assistance.
