We know having spinal surgery can be an especially stressful event in your life and we want you to be informed about every step of the process, from preparation the weeks before surgery to the recovery time after.

This class was designed with that in mind. There will be several videos followed by short quizzes. Your nurse should have already entered the required information on the first page. Now, just scroll down to the first video to get started, click the 'Next' button to go to next section. The quizzes are optional. You can bypass them to go to the next section. At the last section, you must click 'Submit' at the end of the last quiz for your session to be saved.
