Manly Touch is now calling for qualified coaches and managers to submit an Expression of Interest for Manly Touch Vawdon Cup 2021 coaching and managing roles.
Successful applicants will lead and support our Men's, Women's & Youth teams in the Vawdon Cup competition in 2021.

CRITERIA FOR POSITION - MANLY TOUCH COACH
• Knowledge of the standards and behaviour expected of a Manly Touch representative and acceptance of these standards at all times.
• The Coach must adhere to the Manly Touch By-Laws, Representative Selection Policy, Code of Conduct and applicable policies and guidelines at all times (and other third parties as required, such as NSWTA and TFA), and is accountable for the adherence of the same by players and team management.
• Possess at least an active NSWTA Level 2 (Talent) coaching accreditation.
• Be prepared to accept the conditions of the appointment.
• Must possess strong communication skills.
• Demonstrate the ability to work well under pressure whilst achieving objectives.
• To uphold the mission, vision, and objectives of Manly Touch.
STATEMENT OF DUTIES - MANLY TOUCH COACH
• To coach the team to which the appointment was made.
• To liaise with the Senior Rep Director, Assistant Coach, Team Manager and players to ensure adherence to policy and procedures at all times.
• To arrange team training sessions that provide direction to, and development of, all players.
• To liaise with team management regarding administrative matters.
• Monitor player performance and give individual player development and feedback to players and the Senior Rep Director.
• To maintain and/or increase coaching credentials.

• Possess at least an active NSWTA Level 1 (Development) coaching accreditation.
• Be prepared to accept the conditions of the appointment.
• Must possess strong communication and time management skills.
• Act as communication lead for administrative matters and enforcement of all requirements by players.
• To uphold the mission, vision, and objectives of Manly Touch.
STATEMENT OF DUTIES - MANLY TOUCH MANAGER
• To manage the team to which the appointment was made.
• To liaise with the Senior Rep Director, Coach, Assistant Coach and players to ensure adherence to policy and procedures at all times.
• Be accountable for and provide all required documentation for the team to which the appointment is made, including but not limited to the financial status of each player, team competition accommodation requirements, team uniform and merchandising requirements, as well as referees as required.
• To liaise with coaching staff regarding training and competition matters, communicating with players accordingly.
• Monitor player welfare and give individual player support and feedback to players and the Senior Rep Director.
