Housing People with Sex Offense Histories: Using Facts instead of Fear to Serve Public Policy
This training, led by national expert Laurie Guidry, Psy.D clinical and forensic psychologist, will begin with an interactive presentation on how our society responds to people with sex offense histories and the actual data that can impact that response in a way that best serves public safety.  It will then lead into a strategic discussion about how we as a Network can promote policy changes on a state and local level to better reflect best practices in achieving our ultimate goal of housing this population.

The training will take place on Thursday, April 30, 9 am - 12 noon, The Kittredge Center, Room 301-303, Holyoke Community College.
