2024 APAMSA National Conference Housing Form
The 2024 APAMSA National Conference has secured discounted housing at The Linq Hotel & Experience on The Strip from Friday, March 1, 2024 through Sunday, March 3, 2024. The Linq is a 10 minute drive to the conference venue, the Kirk Kerkorian Medical Education Building! Shuttle services to the Medical Education Building the morning of conference will be provided for those reserving rooms with The Linq. You can find more information about pricing under the "Accommodations" tab on the website at apamsa.org/nc2024. 

Discounted housing is on a first come, first served basis with priority given to speakers and alumni. This is a shared room with max occupancy of 4 per room (choice of either King or Double Room). You will be able to choose your room type once you receive the reservation link. 

January 1st, 2024 is the last date to sign up for Linq housing and roommates via the housing form. You will be emailed a confirmation of your group no later than January 14th, 2024. In the confirmation email, you will also receive a discount code which will only be valid until January 31st, 2024. It will be your and your group's responsibility to pay for the hotel room and split the cost. Failure to do so will result in forfeiting your room and penalty on APAMSA National Conference.
