Genre @The Drip - What do we expect? 
The Drip Dance Club is a EDM, Techno, House, Progressive, Freestyle, Hip Hop 
(fast paced), Tribal House club with some influences alternative such as DnB, Dubstrep and Trap. 
Why the Drip? 
We believe in having and keeping a good VIBE! Management works hard to be professional, fair, balance and offer the best experience not only to our guests but also members of staff. We believe in community and we have a real passion for music. We hope that working at the Drip is not only for the job, but also to be part of something and contribute as part of this VIBE. 
The Drip's Requirements - Be a dripper! 
Remember what we said about the VIBE! 
  • DJ must use their own stream 
  • Use a mic while DJing (We are not expecting MC skills, it means welcome, say thank you, entertain and make sure the crowd is engaging, the host will do the rest)
  • Always be friendly, respectful and lively
  • All our sets are 1 hour long
  • Check-ins will be done 30-minutes before your set on the staff group or discord 
  • Discord is our prefer mode of communication, if you have it, even if you don't use it still do share. 
  • Drama free in SL is impossible, HOWEVER, we do expect the minimum drama at all times. All drippers who work together should collab and if there is any issue we expect the Managers to be involved to find a solution. If you have any personal issues with any of our staff this should be shared before getting hired. 
  • Inactivity will be a cause for removal. We expect all DJs to have at least 2 sets a month. We do check.
  • No Perms are offered at this time, we are a 3 -day club and we value diversity and opportunity for all.
