  1. The customer has to fill in this form within 15 days from the date of purchase to be eligible for the additional One year warranty. The company reserves the right to refuse the additional warranty after 15 days with no exception. Warranty starts from the date of purchase. Extended warranty (2nd Year) is provided by 3rd Party Insurance Company. 
  2. Applicable only to official products sold in Thailand, purchased directly from Exzel Smart Home Co., Ltd, or Exzel Smart Home E-commerce Stores.
  3. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and uses under normal conditions only, excluding accidental drops, abuse, water damage, or unauthorized repairs prior to reporting to the company.
  4. This warranty registration will be void if your information is not valid.

  1. ลูกค้าจะต้องกรอกฟอร์มยืนยันการรับสิทธ์นี้ ภายใน 15 วัน หลังจากซื้อสินค้า บริษัท ฯ สงวนสิทธิ์ไม่รับขยายระยะเวลารับประกันทุกกรณี หากลูกค้าไม่ลงทะเบียนกรอกแบบฟอร์มยืนยันสิทธิ์ภายใน 15 วันดังกล่าว การขยายระยะเวลารับประกัน เป็นภายใต้เงื่อนไขของ บริษัท รับประกัน ที่เป็นบุคคลที่ 3.
  2. การรับประกันสินค้า จะรับประกันเฉพาะสินค้าที่ซื้อผ่านทางบริษัท เอ็กเซล สมาร์ทโฮม และตัวแทนจำหน่ายของเราเท่านั้น ไม่ครอบคลุมสินค้าที่ลูกค้าซื้อมาจากร้านอื่น นอกเหนือตัวแทนจำหน่าย และไม่รวมถึงกรณีที่ลูกค้าซื้อสินค้าจากต่างประเทศเข้ามาเอง
  3. การรับประกันครอบคลุมเฉพาะตัวสินค้าตามสภาพการใช้งานปกติเท่านั้น ไม่ครอบคลุมถึงความเสียหายอันเกิดจากการขนส่ง รอยขีดข่วน หรือการกัดกร่อนจากสารเคมี อันเกิดจากการบำรุงรักษาที่ไม่ถูกต้องหรือใช้งานผิดวิธี การดัดแปลงอุปกรณ์ การติดตั้งที่ไม่ถูกวิธี รวมถึงการตก การกระแทก การโดนน้ำหรือโดนความชื้น การรับประกัน ไม่ครอบคลุมถึงการซ่อมโดยช่างภายนอกบริษัทฯ ผู้ผลิต ก่อนการเคลมสินค้า
  4. การลงทะเบียนรับประกันนี้จะถือเป็นโมฆะหากท่านกรอกข้อมูลไม่ถูกต้องครบถ้วน
