Southwest Grassfed Livestock Alliance is excited to announce that we are accepting applications for a limited number of Technical Assistance (TA) package awards for 2023 at no cost to the producer! These TA offerings are completely customized, meeting you wherever you are at in your business development or ongoing operations, and paced according to your needs and availability. Our goal is for this TA to help you in clarifying, evaluating, planning, and prioritizing your short-term and long-term goals into actionable next steps.

Each technical assistance package includes one-on-one time with SWGLA Educators, focused on the business back-end. Who Qualifies? SWGLA Technical Assistance is geared for producers, both beginning and established with a focus in the Southwest region – but open to anyone in the West– who can demonstrate commitment to grassfed production and marketing, through experience or intent. This award is ideal for beginning or young producers and socially disadvantaged producers (economic, race, ethnicity, gender, disability, veteran, etc.) needing advice, coaching, resources, and training on the nuts and bolts of the business behind your operation. Our goal is to build the grassfed supply chain, by both strengthening existing operations and by helping new ones to develop.*

*Successful candidates need not meet all of these criteria, and all interested producers are encouraged to apply.
