Our deepest condolences on the loss of your loved one.

Please answer the questions below so that we may design and email you a digital proof of the needed memorial.  After you receive the digital proof, if any changes and or corrections are needed please include them in a response to the email. A new proof will then be completed and emailed back to you for review. This process will continue until you approve the Final proof. After we receive your final approval you will then be invoiced for payment by email. Once we receive your payment, your order will then be slated to be made, delivered, and installed at the Farmersville Muslim Cemetery, 333 County Road 557, Farmersville, TX 75442. At this stage, it shall not be possible to make anymore changes.

Sahih Memorials will create a gray granite grave marker size 24"x12"x4" for a cost of $450 (US Dollar Four hundred Fifty) based on the final approved proof and adhering to the guidelines set by Farmersville Muslim Cemetery management. The cost includes memorial, delivery, and installation. This Memorial agreement is between the above contact person and Sahih Memorials. Only written communications between the two parties will be binding. The verbal communications will not be the part of this agreement.
A copy of your responses will be emailed to the address you provided.
