As soon as we have received your return parcel, you will receive a payment link by e-mail to pay for new delivery in advance (cost of new delivery is 3,50€). When the payment is made, we will send you the new goods. The amount of new delivery will be refunded to you in the form of a voucher (by email) in the amount of 3,50€. The voucher is valid for one year.
