The training course aims to increase the capacity of youth workers and youth leaders to deal with youth relevant conflicts such as civic participation and social inclusion. We aim to do so through the peace education approach. Thus, you will learn various conflict analyses tools and how to design local initiatives to address youth issues/conflicts. The actual implementation of the national local follow-up initiatives is an integral part of the training and is a prerequisite for the refund of the travel costs.

Eligibility:
- You are a resident/citizen of Austria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, and Romania.
- You are older than 18 years old
- You can communicate in English.
