The start of the 2021-2022 school year for students of Lakehead District School Board, Thunder Bay Catholic District School Board and Conseil Scolaire de District Catholique des Aurores Boréales will be attending school full-time, 5 days a week. Although there will be enhanced cleaning protocols in place, there will be a minimum of two students per seat and up to three students per seat for lower elementary grades on our school buses. All students in grades 1 - 12 will be required to wear non-medical or cloth masks while on board the school bus.

STSTB and its member school boards recognize that some parents and students may not be comfortable with the Ministry of Education's COVID-19: Health, safety and operational guidance for schools (2021-2022) as it pertains to transportation. In order for us to plan our bus routes accurately, we kindly ask that you indicate below that you do not intend to utilize student transportation at this time.  

Please note that students attending school and who are eligible for transportation can be reinstated at anytime during the school year.
