DTRH March Break Day Camp Registration Form

PLEASE READ THE INFORMATION CAREFULLY

CAMP SWIFTIE IS CURRENTLY FULL. YOU CAN STILL FILL OUT THE FORM BELOW TO GRAB A SPOT ON THE WAITLIST.

Fill out entire form and submit below to register your child (one child per form please) for our 3 day March Break "Camp Swiftie" on Monday March 11-Wednesday March 13th at Studio 89. We have a small number of spots available and can only accommodate a limited number of students for the camp. If the camp becomes full we will update the form as needed.

Parents are to supply their own lunch and two snacks (remember to be nut free) and bring a refillable water bottle.

CAMP PAYMENT
We do require a deposit of $50 at this time to ensure your spot in our March Break camp. Because spaces will be extremely limited, only once we have received your deposit will your place be secured. You can make payment via e-transfer to downtherabbitholetheatreco@gmail.com once you have submitted your registration form.  Your remaining tuition of $150 will be due on or before MONDAY FEBRUARY 26th. 

You will receive email updates from us as camp dates get closer with all additional information needed including payment reminders, more info about our program, camp times, location, what to bring and wear to camp and about our final performance at the end! If you have any questions about camp before then, please feel free to email us at downtherabbitholetheatreco@gmail.com 

AFTER YOU SUBMIT:
You will receive a copy of your completed form to the email address you supply. This is a confirmation we received your entry.  If you need to make changes to the form, you can do so after submission through the link in your email.
