KC Metro League Spring 2020 Team Registration Form
To register your team to play in the Spring 2020 season of the KC Metroleague, please complete this form and submit no later than January 31st, 2020.  If you have any questions, please feel free to email managerraytownsc@comcast.net.

This form is to register your team to play in the KC Metroleague as a Raytown Soccer Club team.  4 of your home games will be at the Raytown fields and 4 games will be "away" at other KCML locations around the metro.

Payment is due no later than February 4th, 2020.  To pay your team registration fee, please mail a check for the amount shown below by each age group to the office at 6124 Blue Ridge Blvd, Suite 117, Raytown, MO 64133.  You may also Venmo or PayPal the funds, or call the office to pay with a credit card (a 3% service fee will be added).  The office phone is 816-313-7721.
