Please complete the form in its entirety. You will be choosing your first choice for the staggered entry date, then 2nd, 3rd and 4th choice. We will do everything in our power to accommodate everyone's first or second choice, but on occasion, it doesn't work out that way.

If you sign up for a day, but have not registered with Mrs. Bellissimo in the front office, you must do that first before we can assign a day.

Kindergarten Open House will be August 21st from 4-6 pm and the first full day for all kindergarteners will be  Monday August 24th - Things may need to be changed based on enrollment over the next few weeks and the State's decision on their re-opening of school plan.
