Welcome to Hampton Yacht Club! While visiting with us, you may want to take advantage of our Regatta Guest charge account. This creates a temporary number that will allow you to charge all of your meals and beverages to an account while you’re here for the regatta. When your stay has ended, your account will be deactivated, and your provided credit card will be charged for the total amount spent. All of your personal information will be securely stored and shredded upon payment completion. To take advantage of this option, please provide the information below.
Forms electronically submitted will enable your account to be created in advance and your Regatta Guest number will be available to you when you arrive at the club, upon presentation of your credit card. You may present your card Monday-Friday (9AM-4PM) to Robert Sands at the accounting desk in the Admin Office at HYC. (Per PCI Compliance we will not take your CC information electronically) You may begin charging immediately with this option, since your account will have already been set up in advance.
If you prefer not to engage in this electronic submission, you may drop off a completed form at registration, and it will be processed as quickly as possible. In this instance, there will be a brief waiting period before the account is activated in the system. You may begin using your account as soon as the system recognizes your number.
