2020 TransPride Pittsburgh Health & Wellness Conference Call for Proposals
We are currently accepting program proposals to be presented at the TransPride Pittsburgh Health and Wellness Conference to be held Oct 8th-10th, 2020

This year our conference will be at Sheraton Pittsburgh Hotel at Station Square and will include:

Thursday, Oct 8th, 2020 - TransPride Pittsburgh Health and Wellness Conference

Medical and Behavioral Health workshops covering a broad range of interests throughout the community
Continuing education (CE) credits and continuing medical education credits (CME) available.

Friday, Oct 9th, 2020 - TransPride Pittsburgh Health and Wellness Conference

Medical and Behavioral Health workshops
Covering a broad range of interests throughout the community
Continuing education (CE) credits and continuing medical education credits (CME) available.  
 

Saturday Oct 10, 2020 - TransPride Pgh Health and Wellness Conference community focus

Covering a broad range of interests throughout the community covering a broad range of interests throughout the community
Continuing education (CE) credits and continuing medical education credits (CME)  may be available depending on the workshop


We are looking to have 500 folks in attendance for our largest conference to date!

The proposal can be for a seminar, presentation, panel, workshop, discussion group, activity/performance space, fellowship activity, arts and crafts, etc.

We will consider all submissions, and will give preference to fresh ideas.

Please fill out this form as it will appear for publication. The information that you submit will be used on the conference website, in advance publicity, and in the program book.

TransPride Pgh may record some sessions to increase accessibility to information for those unable to attend a specific session or the conference as a whole. If you agree to video recordings they will be of the presenter only and people in attendance at the workshop will not be recorded.

Presenter Agreement
1. I understand that the conference staff will notify me by email, no later than Sept 1, 2020 , to let me know whether my proposal has been accepted.

2. If my proposal is accepted, I/we agree to present on the day and time assigned to me/us by TransPride Pgh. I understand that conference programming spans Thursday through Saturday. Thursday from 8am-5pm, Friday from 8am-5pm, Saturday from 9am-3:30pm

3. I understand that TransPride Pgh staff will direct all communications only to the person submitting the proposal and that it is that person’s responsibility to inform any co-presenters of all information and agreements stated herein or in subsequent communications.
