To participate in the campus-wide cornhole tournament on May 25th, please complete all fields below.
Deadline – Please register and give donation no later than Friday, May 20th.

Follow the below directions to complete the minimum $10 donation to Staff Council:

1. Complete the Missouri S&T Cornhole Tournament Sign-up through the provided Google Form
2. Send the donation via campus mail or drop it off in-person to Staff Council Treasurer, Angelica Nuno, 202H Centennial Hall. Checks should be addressed to Missouri S&T Staff Council
3. If the printed name on the check does not match the registration form name, please indicate on the memo line who the donation is from. If you are paying for more than one person, please list the names on the memo line for who the donation is from.
