Musically Fed is a 501(c)(3) that works with artists, promoters, management and venues nationwide to donate unused backstage meals to community organizations that feed people facing homelessness, hunger, and food insecurity. We are excited to announce we are heading back to Lollapalooza 2022, taking place at Grant Park in Chicago!
Last year was a huge success and we couldn't have done it without our amazing team of volunteers. If you're interested in helping this year, we have shifts available from Monday, July 25 through Monday, August 1. Please see below for a list of shifts that are available. The list will be updated as slots fill.

***Volunteers will have the chance to earn a comp ticket upon completion of each shift (or a day of your choice if you sign up to help before the festival), so this is a great chance to experience the festival and help out in your community!***

Volunteer Descriptions and Information
Food Packing and Delivery
We will need volunteers in the mornings and evenings to helping with packing and loading food. There will also be shifts available in the mornings for those with SUVs to make deliveries to our nonprofit partners.
Monday Morning Concessions (after the festival, on 8/1/22)
We will need a crew to help separate food and load food for the Chicago Food Depository and other outlets. Volunteers are also needed to help organize goods and move food items around in three refrigerator trucks that will be on-site. Several positions will require an SUV and a willingness to make at least two deliveries.
All positions and shifts are unpaid volunteer-based and will be at Grant Park (337 E Randolph St in Chicago). Volunteers must be 18 and older. Some positions may require driving to our nonprofit partners off-site. Volunteers may be cut early based on client/work volume and/or at the shift supervisor’s discretion.
*Note all positions require standing. There are some instances where it may be necessary to lift boxes no more than 50 lbs. Accommodations will be provided for those that are not able to do so. Parking not provided. Sign up for as many shifts as you like!
