Volunteer Requirements
  1. Currently enrolled student (undergraduate and graduate students in September 2024)

  2. Available for a minimum of 5 hours during the conference 

  3. Must attend a training prior to the conference (1 hour, by Zoom, late August or early September)

  4. Etiquette: 

    1. Dress: Professional, but casual and *comfortable*

    2. Professional demeanor and communication: clear, correct, courteous!

    3. Team player

The conference starts Monday September 9th, 8am, and ends Wednesday September 11th, 5pm. There are myriad possibilities for ways to assist: check in/information table assistance; session room monitor/moderator; on call set up, clean up; directions-giver, etc.
