Summer Reading Clinic- to support completion of the summer reading assignment- all grades

Please complete this form if you plan to have your child attend the remote summer reading clinic. This program will provide help with pacing the reading and will include some zoom discussion groups. This is open to all students entering grades 6-12. There will be a middle school group and a high school group. There is an option for 2 different 4-week sessions.
