If you are interested in enrolling at Competitive Edge Charter Academy for the 2024-2025 school year, please complete the survey below.
1. We held our TK-8 public lottery on Thursday, March 7, 2024. Attendance at the public lottery was not required. Enrollment at Competitive Edge Charter Academy is not limited to Yucaipa-Calimesa residents. Competitive Edge Charter Academy does not discriminate based on ethnicity, race, origin, religion or gender. Students are chosen randomly using a fair, transparent process that is not based on ability level. If you would like to learn more about the lottery process, please go to

2. Please complete a survey for each student you would like to enroll. If you would like to enroll two children, you will complete two separate surveys.
3. Parents or guardians of students who secure a spot through the lottery process, will be contacted by school personnel.
4. Only students whose 4th birthday falls on or before August 8, 2024, are eligible for enrollment in the Transitional-Kindergarten program at Competitive Edge Charter Academy for YCJUSD 2024-2025 school year.
**Students enrolled in the CECA TK program are required to participate in the open-enrollment lottery the following school year for kindergarten. Enrollment in the CECA TK program DOES NOT result in automatic enrollment in the CECA kindergarten program the following school year.
5. Only students whose 5th birthday falls on or before September 1, 2024, are eligible for enrollment in the Kindergarten program at Competitive Edge Charter Academy.
6. If you complete this survey after the lottery, your student will be placed at the bottom of the waiting list based on when the survey was submitted.
7. Be sure to click on submit at the bottom of this survey to complete process.
8. Open enrollment for the TK-8 program for the 2023-2024 school year began on January 3, 2024 and ended on March 1, 2024 at 3 PM. The lottery took place on Thursday, March 7 at 4 PM.
**Failure to provide truthful information may result in student not being admitted to CECA.
