Gold City Royals Football Club has a long-term player development model, so it’s vital that when players join, parents and players understand it is a full commitment over a long-term period.

Please note that players, staff and parents are committing to the development of the team and players. This is not a social club. In order for the club to reach its goals for development and to best benefit our players, all members must commit to all training sessions, games, clinics, tours and team events.

Players who are unable to attend any event, will need to provide a valid reason to the club administrator and their relevant team coach.

The club membership is active from January 15th to November 15th, 2024. (10 months)

Club Football (U9 to U15) - R950.00 per month

High Performance Program (U11 to U15 - SELECTION ONLY) - R1600.00 per month

Senior Football (U16+) - R1050.00 per month

Development Players (R400.00 per month) (Diepsloot/Cosmo City Players)

Payment Policy

Please note that payments are done upfront before the start of every month. Players with outstanding balances will not be permitted to attend in the next session until all outstanding fees have been paid.

Players who arrive at training who are not permitted to train and will be sent to sit at the reception area until their parents collect them after the session. This season we will be enforcing a strict NO PAY, NO PLAY policy.

In the event a member is looking to cancel their membership, they must notify The Club at least 1 month in advance. Members looking to cancel their membership will need to pay their final month and the next month's membership fees.

Players looking to join during the month will be charged a pro-rata amount for the remainder of the month. This will be payable after the players 2nd trial session, and before their next session.

All club members receive a 50% discount for the Soccer School.

Gold City Royals FC club members receive a 25% discount for The Complete Footballer clinics and events.

Invoicing and payments will be done via the 360 Player application from January 2024.

Players looking to pay annually will receive a 25% discount.

Please note ALL players and parents must please be present at the registration day on the 13th of January 2024. There will be membership contracts and code of conducts to be completed. We will also assist in the setup of the 360-player app.
