This Event Request and Expectation Form is for anyone who is part of New Life and wants to have an event (e.g. - small group, OUT activity) as an extension of New Life.Our desire is to assist you the best we can with events that are part of New Life both inside and outside our facility.
The following form helps us in a variety of ways:
1. Communication - this form allows us to communicate clearly the event details as well as the promotion details and needs.
2. Reservation - this form allows us to reserve the date on the event calendar so that we have ample space and resources available to you and those who may want to attend.
3. Accountability - this form allows us to follow-up with the event organizers to encourage them and tend to any needs that may arise.
