Oneg Sponsorship Form
Sponsoring an Oneg is a simple and elegant way to honor, remember, or celebrate a person, event, or milestone, especially life-cycle events such as births, baby-namings, B'Mitzvah's, weddings, anniversaries, and more.

Sponsoring the Oneg means that you choose one of the sponsorship levels below, and Sisterhood handles the details!  Please remember that the first and fifth Friday of each month is a 6pm service and there is no Oneg Shabbat.

For $36, the Gold level, there will be a frame placed on the Oneg Table with an insert indicating that you/your family are sponsoring that night's Oneg.

For $54, the Platinum level, there will be a fancier frame, with a more decorative insert, indicating that you are sponsoring that night's Oneg, and several bowls of chocolates will be added to the Oneg table.

After you submit this form, you will get the link to pay online or you may submit a check to the temple office.
