During the COVID-19 public health emergency, the City of Oxnard is allowing public comments via telephone. Complete the form below no later than 3 PM on the day of the meeting to request to speak during the Planning Commission meeting. Speakers normally receive three minutes but time may be shortened if there are numerous requests.

**IMPORTANT** Please follow the meeting on Oxnard.org/city-meetings, Youtube.com/oxnardnews, or Spectrum channel 10 / Frontier channel 35, so you can be ready to speak when called upon. The Planning Commission Clerk will phone you when it's your turn to speak. PLEASE NOTE that the call may come from an out-of-the-area phone number due to our conferencing software.

Alternatively, you can submit written comments to planning@oxnard.org by 3 PM on the day of the meeting and they will be provided to the Planning Commission (include the meeting date and item number in the Subject line).
