- You must submit your registration and payment by November 22nd
- Sponsorship will cost $40/tree
- All Trees are property of Bethany Lutheran Church
- Please provide your own decorations.  We will let you know in advance if your tree is pre-lit.  If not, you will be responsible for providing lights.  Be creative! Pick a theme!
- All decor not arranged to be picked up will be property of Bethany Lutheran Church*
- All organizations, business and/or families are welcome to participate
- Do not include any live or flammable material.  Please do not include any valuable materials/objects.
- Bethany Lutheran Church reserves the right to use photographs, organization names, contact names for publicity purposes
- Entries should be suited for viewing by small children and should not be controversial, political or graphic

November 22nd:        Registration and payment due

December 6th:            Decorate your tree from 4pm - 10pm at Bethany Lutheran                

December 7th:            View the Giving Tree Forest from 3pm - 7pm

December 7th:            Pick up decorations 7pm – 9pm

December 8th:            Pick up decorations 9am – 10am
