We are continually developing our leadership team and looking for guys who want to be a part of that team. While simply going through Fight Club can be transformational for many guys, we understand that some guys want/need more to continue to grow. You have had a leader pour in to you and you want to do that for someone else.

If that is you, then please prayerfully consider being a squad leader in the next round. If you are interested in being a leader or part of that leadership team, indicate below where you best see yourself during the next round and you will receive direction and information accordingly. Step 1: I have never led a FC squad. I want to be a FC squad leader in the next round. I understand this will mean I will most-likely co-lead with a veteran squad leader/leadership mentor.

Step 2: I have co-led a squad in the past (or lead a squad by myself) and am ready and willing to lead a squad by myself.

Step 3: I have led a squad by myself and am now ready to co-lead and mentor a new squad leader.

Step 4: I have been a FC squad leader in multiple rounds and am now interested in being involved with the Events Team, Curriculum Team, Media Team, Leadership Team, and/or Award and/or Gear Team.
