Judging check-in will be Saturday morning at the Rex Theater starting at 8 a.m. with the briefing at 9 a.m. Please check our website for more details and a full schedule of events for the weekend!

If you would like to judge SCA on Friday night, please register directly on the Steak Cookoff Association website at: https://steakcookoffs.com/ If you are a KCBS judge wishing to register for our event, please do that directly at the Kansas City website at: https://www.kcbs.us/

All judges for our events must be trained and registered with KCBS, MBN, and/or SCA to volunteer at our contests. Currently, we do not have any judging classes planned for this year. Thanks!

If you need additional shirts, please list those below. In addition to adult sizes Small-4XL, we also have youth medium and youth large.
