Culture First is a project crafted by Culture Amp. The Culture First Community is the largest group of leaders, practitioners, and change agents who are actively co-creating a better world of work. 

Culture First Chapters are local groups or subject matter focused groups where professionals share insights and ideas for a better world of work. Each chapter unites a local community via virtual and/or in-person meetings with the larger global community. Our conversations center on creating safe spaces for people to connect, look at challenging issues, learn together and ultimately support each other in taking action to improve the world of work.
