Thank you for your interest in advertising with the East Texas Youth Orchestra!

Your ad will appear in the digital program for each of our performances throughout the concert season. Please note that ads should be designed in such a way that the same ad will be relevant throughout the entire season (from September 2022 through May 2023).

We will allow up to two revisions during the 2022 to 2023 season (e.g. updated calendar, phone number change, special events, etc.)

Ad Submission

The rush deadline for ad submissions will be on or before Monday, October 16, 2022.

Ads should be sent electronically in JPEG, PDF, GIF, TIFF, or EPS format to marketing@etyo.org. Ads will not be considered submitted until both payment, and digital file/s are received.

Payment must be made in advance either online or by check/money order payable to East Texas Youth Orchestra, Inc. and sent to PO Box 130694, Tyler, TX 75713. Online payments will be invoiced after this contract is submitted.
