Client Agreement Form
I, the undersigned, understand and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Payment of fees for personal and group training sessions are due 1 week prior to the commencement of each session unless payment options are arranged prior. Online programming and remote coaching payments are solely arranged via direct debit.

2. Sessions are to be made by appointment only. Appointments can be made in person, by phone, via email, or via the platform available on the website. Unless otherwise arranged, 48 hours is required for all sessions to be processed.

3. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the session, or the client will still be charged the cost of the session. Cancellations for group training must also be made 24 hours prior to the session, if other members of the group wish to continue the session, they must either split the fee amongst the remaining members or find a suitable replacement group member. Similar penalties (100% of session rate) apply if the terms are not followed for group training. Cancellation of online programming requires 2 weeks’ notice, to process removal of direct debit. In extreme weather conditions (for outdoor training), there is no penalty for cancellation of sessions for both personal and group training.

4. Clients are expected to arrive at their booked session 5 minutes prior to the actual booking time of the session. Upon a clients’ late arrival, the session will continue to finish at the time at which it was scheduled to finish with a prompt arrival.
