Perinatal Mental Health Technology Research
During pregnancy perinatal mental health is one of the discussed concerns worldwide. Due to the inaccessibility of in-person mental healthcare on the perinatal period, recent years have led to research on the usefulness of various technologies to provide alternatives to in-person healthcare. We are interested to learn more on how these technological interventions are motivating pregnant women and new mothers to maintain their mental health. We would utilize our findings to improve the design of such technological interventions so that they can facilitate pregnant women and new mothers in a more inducing way.
