The information collected will only be used in determining a quorum for the Annual General Meeting and will not be distributed or used for any other purposes.

Quorum, as defined by the bylaws of the Corporation, Section 6 General Meetings, Subsection 6.1.1, "quorum at a general meeting for Rosenthal Community League, shall be 12 registered Membership of Rosenthal Community League at the time of the general meeting."

If Quorum is not reached within one-half (½) hour, the meeting will proceed with the Members in attendance with the caveat at 6.1.1.2. Any business transactions conducted at a meeting where quorum is not present will be ratified at the next regularly scheduled meeting of the Board; otherwise they will be null and void.

Quorum is reached when we have 12 registered members in attendance.
