How much table space do you need? Give us an idea in feet please? Location and size of your Table is at the discretion of the Organizer. We will try to accommodate your needs as much as possible, but space is limited. *
Did you want to bring in your own tables? Explain the set up you have, size, details, multiple tables, signage, etc. *
Do you agree NOT to bring offensive material? For example pornography or racist items. *
Do you agree that You, the seller, are solely responsible for the conditions and terms of your sales to all buyers? *
Do you agree to release the RPG Alliance Convention from all liability related to your participation in this event? *
Do you agree to have your all items clearly priced? Yes you can barter but we want to see the starting price labelled for BUYERS. INCLUDE the condition details for the item, e.g. gently used, no pieces missing. *
Do you agree that you are solely responsible for all payment transactions ? Stuff like having your own cash float or debit machine. Dickens Pub does have free WiFi for you to use. *

Admission fees  will be shared with the vendor to cover costs and the RPGA-CON's share will be used to fund the 2020 convention. So we thank you greatly for participating and building our community! *
