BKAF Funding Requests- Individual
Requests from Kennedy High School 9-12 in Extra-Curricular Activities. The Foundation may contact you for more information on this request. Individual funding requests will be disbursed to the school or to a coach/advisor/staff member at Kennedy on behalf of the student.
IF THIS REQUEST IS TO HELP PAY FOR PARTICIPATION FEES, FOLLOW THESE STEPS:
1. If the student qualifies for free or reduced price lunch and educational benefits, they can request a waiver or reduction of fees from the district using this form here: https://bit.ly/3krWsqD 
2. If a student is requesting help with participation fees from BKAF, they should visit the JFK registration site and register their student using one of the two "Special Consideration" categories as shown below: https://www.bloomington.k12.mn.us/khs/activities-athletics/activities-athletics-registration
3. Forward a copy of the registration confirmation to bkafmn@gmail.com
4. Complete the rest of this form and submit.
