Eligibility to play for Wales - all player MUST hold a UK passport plus meet one of the following criteria (only choose one) *

Born in Wales

One parent, stepparent, adoptive parent was born in Wales

One grandparent was born in Wales

Marriage/civil partnership

Lives in Wales

Resident in Wales for 2 of 5 years immediately preceding the Championship for which eligibility is being sought

Engaged in a minimum of five years education, to include up to school year 13, or age 18, within Wales.

Player was born in or are resident of a British Crown Dependency or British Overseas Territory and as a result are deemed to be able to choose which one of the GB Home Nations they wish to be considered to represent.

The UK Anti-Doping Rules apply to all participants of the sport, including Minors, and they make all participants subject to drug Testing. For the purposes of those rules, consent of a parent or guardian to the Testing of a Minor is deemed to follow automatically from the fact that the Minor has been permitted by their parent or guardian to participate in lacrosse.
