This form is for Girl Scout TROOPS to register.
The first section asks for General Troop Information.
The second part asks for basic details about each Girl Scout attending, including medical alerts, dietary restrictions, and photo permissions.

The third part confirms attendance at the mandatory Zoom Orientation, basic outdoor skills, payment arrangements, and agreements.
