Following on from the successful Launch and beginning of our Youth Athletic Development Programme, we are now focusing on Nutrition.
On Wednesday the 24th of May at 8pm we are hosting a "Youth Athletic Nutrition Workshop" aimed at Parents, Coaches and older Players within the u13 - u16 age demographic. The Workshop is on in BBSE Clubhouse Hall and will be facilitated by Registered Dietician and Performance Nutritionist Sarah Nagle.
Athletic Development and Nutrition are two of the key Performance Pillars and they will be consistent features of our Programme.
