A one-time $10 booking fee is required for all new clients and is non-refundable. Have you used box dye on your hair in the past 3 years? *
Have you used permanent dye on your hair in any way? (To cover grays- at the salon or at home?) *

Have you ever had a hair color you really disliked?- Is there something specific you would really like to avoid in getting your hair colored? *
Please give me a DETAILED explanation of your hair history (when you've gotten your hair done, how, where, and with what products you like to use, how you style your hair, etc). *

Do you understand the financial and time investment it takes to receive/maintain hair color? (MOST of my balayage/ blonding services take 3+ hours and are priced at $80/ hour) You can see a list of my services through my booking site: ashreneehair.com. I am always willing to work within your budget, but we will just adjust the service as needed to stay within that boundary. *
An in-person consultation or FaceTime is may be REQUIRED for new guests. At the in person consultation, I may do a test strand (lighten a piece of hair) to see what we are working with (integrity of hair, any banding of color, etc). I usually book 15- 30 minutes for a consultation. *
What days or times might work best for an appointment for you? Please note that I only work Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. My evenings usually fill up more quickly, so those are booked out for 4+ weeks right now. *
Do you have any sensitivities or allergies to hair color? If so, we will need to do an allergy test prior to your appointment. *

 Cancellation Policy:

A 50% deposit is required for booking. This deposit is non-refundable, but can be transferred once a year if: 

You contact me 48+ hours before your appt. 

Your appointment was ABLE to be filled by a service equal to or greater than your service cost.

I have contacted you to move the appointment. 

Your deposit will NOT be transferred if: 

You contact me between 0- 48 hours of your appt. 

Your appointment was UNABLE to be filled by a service equal to or greater than your service cost. 

You no show/no call your appointment. 

You are more than 15 minutes late and we need to move your appointment time because of that. 

If the deposit is not transferred you will need to make a new deposit when re-booking your appointment.

Adjustment Period for Services: No refunds will be given on completed services. However, a 7 day adjustment period is allowed on all extensions and color services. Adjustments for color include: adjusting a tone, root melting to darken, lightening more around the face, or a root bump. Adjustments for extensions include: fixing any slipped beads, tightening corners, and making sure they feel comfortable and are not adding too much tension on the hair. All product and retail purchases will be honored for 30 days following purchase except on hair extensions, which cannot be refunded or exchanged. *

Please include pictures of your hair: front, back, and sides, and pictures of your inspiration pictures in the email. **Please send your $10 booking fee at this time. I will not consider the application complete without it being sent as requested. *
