Trunk or Treat 2020
2020 has been difficult for everyone, but especially the children. Many of them are still learning from home and have little access to other friends. Trinity wants to change that and give them a little "normalcy". Every year we do Trunk or Treat and we want to do it again this year and need your help.

Here is our plan for a Drive-Thru Trunk or Treat:

It will be held on October 31 from 2:00-3:30pm in the Trinity parking lot.
It will be a drive-thru event with cars traveling (slowly) through the parking lot to see each trunk. Cars will only be allowed to enter at one drive and exit only at one drive.
Trinity information and a bag of candy will be given to each child before the car exits the parking lot.  This allows for less contact than receiving a treat at each trunk.
Cars/Trunks will be 2 car spaces apart to allow for social distancing
Guests will be able to vote for the best-decorated trunk.  The winning trunk will receive a special prize. And, depending on how many sign up, we may even have 1st, 2nd, and 3rd!
We will need candy donations prior to the event to allow for prepared bags.
We will also need help filling the treat bags.
We are working on a plan for those families that participate to view all of the trunks and to receive a treat bag.

We know it's been overwhelming and really would love to have as many trunks/families join us as possible. With the CDC restrictions, there are many neighborhoods that will not be Trick or Treating and many families who feel uncomfortable doing so. Please help the kids have an enjoyable and memorable Halloween. Join us by decorating a trunk and let your silly/wild side out.

Thanks!
